Using VNC on OS X

 

From 10.5.x you can use Safari to access screen sharing on another Mac (if  screen sharing is enabled in the sharing system preference). Just type :

 

vnc://name_of_mac.local     eg;  vnc://mymac.local

or

vnc://network_address_of_mac     eg;  vnc://192.168.0.5
